The exam will be conducted online in two shifts, with different papers for each shift. To accommodate candidates, most have been assigned test centers within their own cities, minimizing the need for long-distance travel. The NBEMS, along with its technical partner TCS, is overseeing the organization of this examination, which has already faced several challenges, including a prior postponement from its original June 23, 2024 date.

In a related legal development, the Supreme Court of India is scheduled to hear a plea on August 9, seeking the postponement of the NEET PG exam due to concerns about the allocation of test centers.
