Ahmedabad to Prayagraj bus GSRTC Services Daily
The Gujarat government is set to launch a special three-night, four-day pilgrimage package to the sacred Mahakumbh in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, starting January 27.
Home Minister Harsh Sanghavi shared this development on his X account, stating, “A commendable decision by Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel to facilitate Gujarat devotees in taking a sacred dip of faith at Prayagraj Mahakumbh!”
He further announced that in collaboration with the Tourism Department Minister Mulu Bera and the Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation (GSRTC), an AC Volvo bus service will be available daily from Gujarat to Prayagraj.
This pilgrimage package, covering 3 nights and 4 days, is priced at ₹8,100 per person. The bus service to Mahakumbh will commence on January 27.

The government has ensured comprehensive arrangements for this tour package, including overnight stays at Shivpuri, Madhya Pradesh.
Devotees interested in this pilgrimage are advised to gather necessary details online and book their tickets accordingly. While travel and accommodation are included in the package, pilgrims will need to arrange their own meals.
Initially, the bus service will operate exclusively from Ahmedabad. The state government has collaborated with religious and voluntary organizations, and based on demand, additional buses will be introduced to accommodate more pilgrims.
